A: You will get both. You can access your Smart Money Secret ebook in your members dashboard and you will also receive a physical copy of the book shipped to your door!

A: You will receive your book via USPS within 7 days.
Question: How do I download the ebook?
A: You can left click on the ebook to view it as a PDF and then save it.

Question: Why haven’t I been added to the Facebook group?
A:Make sure that your Facebook name matches the name you ordered with. If it doesn’t, then please send us a support ticket message and let us know the Facebook name you used to request being added to the group.

Question: How many letters can I create with the Automator?
A: The personal automator license allows 30 uses per letter, for a total of 270 uses across all 9 letters.
If you need more, we can do one courtesy reset back to zero that will allow you to do 30 more uses per letter.
Question: Why can’t I access the Automator?
A: If you purchased the Automator but cannot access it, please send us a support ticket and it will be fixed in a jiffy.

Question: Is there a way to remove inquiries or old personal information from my credit report?
A. If you go into the Smart Money Club Private Facebook group and click the “files” tab, there are examples of hard inquiry removal letters.
Question: How long can negative credit affect me? Isn’t there a statute of limitations?
A: Credit accounts that are closed but were paid as agreed, will normally remain on your credit report for 7-10 years from the date of last activity. Positive information on open accounts in good standing, however, can stay on your credit report forever. The following timelines are the maximum that a derogatory mark can remain on your credit report:
Late payments: 7 years
Bankruptcies: 7 years for completed Chapter 13 bankruptcies and 10 years for Chapter 7 bankruptcies.
Foreclosures: 7 years
Collections: Generally, about 7 years, depending on the age of the debt being collected.
Public Record: Generally 7 years, although unpaid tax liens can remain indefinitely.
